Personable & knowledgeable Scott gave us excellent guidance to upgrade our small condo to sell quickly for top dollar, referred us good, reasonably priced tradesmen to get the work done on schedule, found us people to help pack, and wrote a sparkling description for the MLS listing. Our condo was under contract in 3 days way over asking price. We loved working with him!
